Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing our dog behavior consulting services. We are committed to providing you with high-quality services and excellent customer service. Please read this policy carefully to understand our refund and cancellation policies.

  1. Refunds: Once a session has been conducted, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to, no progress in your situation.

  2. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may do so once and only if you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. If you fail to provide us with at least 24 hours' notice, we reserve the right to charge you the full cost of the appointment.

  3. Cancellations: No refund will be provided for cancellation unless the Consultant initiates the cancellations.
